For the Stone and Porcelain Cutting and Manufacturing Industry
Our water recycling system for the granite industry is an advanced and efficient solution designed to optimize the use of water in the production process. With compact dimensions of 11.8” long, 8.5” wide, and 7.9” high, and weighing 6,000 lb, this system is highly functional and easy to install in any industrial environment.
The system is equipped with a filter press, which has 8 plates for maximum efficiency in filtration and removal of impurities. This ensures that the recycled water is clean and ready for reuse in the production process. In addition, it has a submerged pump and a relative sensor to load the sludge generated during the process, which facilitates its management and disposal in a safe and efficient manner.
